JOURNEY THROUGH THE 5 ELEMENTS
Over the course of the 5 days, we will journey through each of the 5 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether.
These elements interact to create the world around us. When these elements are in balance - we are healthy and full of vitality. When they're not, we may experience physical, emotional or spiritual disharmony as a result.
Each day will be spent diving deep into a corresponding element - integrating into our yoga and meditation practice, as well as with a corresponding excursion to embrace its natural state around you.

A BIT ABOUT THE YOGA
Each morning, Jess Long will lead you through a guided meditation class overlooking the waterfront, followed by a heartfelt dynamic vinyasa flow designed to balance the body and mind. Each evening, Jess will lead you into a deeply healing and nourishing yin practice.
"I would without a doubt recommend to a friend (I already have!!) I went to [last year's] retreat with Jess [in Bali] with no real expectations, I thought we’d practice some yoga and a bit of meditation but if was far more than that. Jess was amazing at explaining everything but also she gave each person enough space to experience everything in their own way, is some ways it was a very personal experience but with the added bonus of sharing the experience with other like minded people.
